Below please find some Frequently Asked Questions to help with our new Online Banking and Mobile App!

 

New Mobile App Download.

Before you log into the mobile app, you must first log into the desktop version to set up your security questions and create your permanent password.  You will have to download the new app from your App or Google Play Store. You can download our new app NOW.

      

 

Will I be able to log in using my same User Name?

Yes, you will be able to login using your current User Name.

 

What do I need to do?

You will receive a temporary password. After you enter the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password on your first visit to the new site. You will also need to after 5 security questions. That’s all!

 

Will I need to re-enter my Bill Pay merchants?

All of your merchant information should remain in the system. You should not need to re-enter any merchant information.
